Keep & Maintain Younger Looking Skin

Once a woman reaches her  mid 20's she gets concerned with the appearance of her skin. Once we hit 30 we want to do everything to keep our skin looking healthy, once we reach late 30's that when we get even more worried about the state of our skin and ways of preventing wrinkles.

Your skin is a direct reflection of what’s happening digestively; our skin is like our intestines turned inside out.  People want clear skin yet they are washing down their Doritos with Diet Coke, well…there’s work to be done in the education process.

Many people with acne have either been on the Pill, on antibiotics, or some combination of both.  This causes an overgrowth of unhealthy bacteria, and depletes the good bacteria present.  And acne is the residual after-effect of this imbalance.
